Recently a customer approached us, requesting a new baler for silage wrap and other material streams.
One issue which he had experienced on his previous baler was that the operators constantly overloaded the machine. He wanted to avoid the same issue occurring on his new CK baler. Therefore, he requested a visual aid that would tell him the current bale size while the machine was in operation. As a result of this, the operators would be able to adjust the amount of material they lifted with the loading machine each time. CK International offered a solution in the form of a large numerical display which was added to his new semi-automatic baler (CK850HFEPC.75T). This allows them to see the increase in bale size with every machine stroke. The size of the display was ideal for their large yard.
